My partner and I visited The Tapas Kitchen in West Kirby last night to celebrate his birthday, and we were genuinely impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, everything from the chorizo sausage to the rice was full of flavour and cooked beautifully. The standout dishes were packed with taste, and while the meatballs were a little on the dry side (which we often find with tapas places), it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the meal was overall. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really relaxed, with a lovely, laid-back vibe that made it easy to settle in and enjoy our evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which really added to the experience. We’ll definitely be back, a great spot for a cosy night with excellent food and welcoming service. Highly recommend!

Probably my favorite place to eat in West Kirby and a great option when you don’t want pub food. I’ve eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The most recent visit I just asked Colin to pick our selection for us and he nailed it. We’ll be back.

We went here for the first time recently for my wife's Birthday. The staff can't do enough for you. The food was probably the best I've ever eaten quality and very tasty. The Estrella Lemon is great too. I would recommend anyone on the Wirral or visitor's to try here you won't be disappointed. Thank you Tapas Kitchen we will definitely be back

Stepped into The Tapas Kitchen to photograph the space — wood textures, soft water green tones, and warm orange lamps that make everything feel calm and considered. Colin, the owner, was behind the bar and welcomed me with a genuine ease that perfectly mirrors the soul of the restaurant. Seven years strong, 4.7 stars, and a vibe that doesn’t chase trends — it just feels right.
